- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup 1% milk
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Top with whip cream for an extra treat!
Note: Whenever I have ripe bananas that no one is willing to eat, I peel them, stick them in a zip-lock bag and freeze. Then you can take them out and defrost for baking or using frozen to thicken smoothies.
