1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup 1% milk
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 frozen banana
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
I baked both pigs-in-a-blanket and chicken-in-a-blanket in the picture above but I have to say that the chicken ones were my favorite.
I liked the dough recipe from Cook’s Country magazine, it was easy to make and you can prepare it the day before you want to bake your pie.
I found this recipe years ago on the back of the Golden Graham Cereal box. I have since bought plenty of boxes of this cereal but have not seen the recipe repeated.
Ok, so these pancakes were originally going to be red velvet but I just can’t get myself to put in a teaspoon of red food dye into my baked goods. It just seems wrong.

These pancakes are delicious, they are healthy and the mix can be made weeks in advance and kept in the refrigerator until ready to make.
I made these up for my dinner and a movie section this week. But they came out so good I had to include them in on my weekly posts.
