I baked both pigs-in-a-blanket and chicken-in-a-blanket in the picture above but I have to say that the chicken ones were my favorite.
April is National Pretzel month so I decided to use pretzel dough as our blanket today.

1 pound prepared pizza dough (in refrigerator section of grocery store) at room temperatur
Bacon Cheddar Sliders
2 pounds ground beef
½ pound well cooked bacon, crumbled
½ cup barbeque sauce
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Combine bacon, cheddar and sauce in a large bowl and
