8 tea bags, regular or decaffeinated
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 cups peaches, peeled and chopped
Place sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
This peach jam can be used as jam, as an ice cream topping or added to a variety of recipes to add a peachy flavor to whatever you are baking.
This recipe is so easy and so good if you love coconut.
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup 1% milk
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 frozen banana
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
