You know you have a good salad when your son already had one helping and asks, “Hey mom, can I just finish whatever salads left in the bowl?”
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinega
This salad I got from my friend Emily.
I got this recipe from my sister-in-law and I absolutely love it.
1 lb wagon wheel pasta, cooked and rinsed in cold water
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
3-4 cups romaine lettuce, sliced
¾ cup mayonnaise
3 cup spinach leaves, washed and dried
2 tsp maple balsamic vinegar (see Saratoga Olive Oil Company Post)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
¼ cup carrots, peeled and chopped
