April is National Pretzel month so I decided to use pretzel dough as our blanket today.
I could not resist a mix-in to the original recipe.
Homemade Marshmallow are so much better than the store bought kind. In fact, I never really was a big fan of marshmallows, unless of course they were melted.
I will admit that I was not looking forward to making homemade pretzels. They just seem like so much work.
This is an easy snack mix to make with the kids and take on the run!
3 cup small pretzels
1 1/2 cups corn Chex cereal
1 1/2 cups rice Chex cereal
2 cups cheese crackers (I use Cheez-its)
Parsnip Chips (the dip is on the chip)
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large, thick parsnips, peeled
Preheat oven to 375˚.
1 bunch kale
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
2-3 tablespoons Olive oil
