If you like eggnog you will love this fudge. This is a great addition to any holiday cookie tray. Give it a try!
1 stick of unsalted butter
pinch of salt
3/4 cup eggnog minus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups white chocolate, chopped
7 oz. jar of fluff
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine butter, eggnog, salt, cream and sugar in a large pot. Cook and stir on medium-high heat until it starts to boil. Lower heat to medium and cook until candy thermometer reads soft ball stage. Stirring occasionally. Meanwhile place all other ingredients in a heat proof bowl. When sugar is done, add to heat proof bowl and beat until thoroughly combined. Pour into a 9×9″ baking pan that is coated with tin foil and butter. Let cool completely and then cut into peices. Fudge will keep for 3 weeks in fridge.
